Crafting a Labyrinth with Marian O' Mahony & Vicky Brierley – Saturday 20th March 2010, 10am to 1pm - £20
Join with the creator of ‘Ragbird’ Marian O' Mahony & Priestess of Avalon Vicky Brierley as we learn how to make our own unique fabric seven path labyrinth.
Absolutely no craft or sewing skills needed. A wonderful chance to explore the ancient wisdom of the labyrinth and to make something beautiful and sparkly to adorn our altars with!
Sovereign Goddess - Elen of the Ways

The origins of the Goddess Elen (Sometimes known as Elen of the Ways or Elen of the Hosts) are shrouded in mystery and intrigue.
In this unique one day workshop, we will explain the silver threads of Elen's beginning culminating in the creation of a ceremony in sacred space for Her. We will learn about Elen’s nature as guide, visionary, dream oracle, walker-between-the-worlds and sovereign Goddess of the Isle of Brigit-Ana.
The Goddess and the Well
Saturday, 19th June 2010 10 am to 1pm - £20
Rememberings of the Goddess often crop up in folklore and myths connected with water. At the time of the equinox we will journey to meet these watery ladies and retell Their sacred stories. We will go on a pilgrimage to a well devoted to the Goddess and leave our offerings for Her.
The Great Mother - Goddess of the Grain
Saturday 24th July 2010 - 10am to 4pm - £35
In this one day workshop, we will be exploring the origins of Lammas. We will be discussing ways to celebrate the festival as well as the significance and importance of giving thanks for the many gifts bestowed in the year. We will also explore the nature of sacrifice.Together we will make one of the most vital of Goddess images; The Venus of Wilendorf.
We will learn about the Goddess as Mother, provider and nurturer. We will learn about Ker, Goddess of the Grain. We will also create a harvest altar and make corn dollies which we can place upon it. Finally, we will all create a ceremony in honour of the Lammas Goddess, Ker.
Painting the Goddess with Marian O'Mahony & Vicky Brierley
Saturday 18th September 2010, 10 am to 1pm - £20
A fantastic opportunity to learn about the Goddess as ‘Venus’: not the Goddess of love but the beautiful, curvy, rotund images of the divine! The true ‘Mothers of Earth’!
In this half day workshop we will paint our own images of Goddess as Venus onto wonderfully tactile stones. Absolutely no art skills required!
Our next workshop will be held at the Spring Equniox on Saturday, 20th March.
